Today, we started the day off with a curling trip to Acton Curling Club. The students, parents and I had so much fun learning how to curl. This was our first trip there on November 29, we will return to take our second curling lesson. Here are some pictures from today. I will add more when I get them from the amazing chaperones, who have much better photographic skills.
We had lunch when we returned. After lunch, the students reviewed their OWA news report rubric and then they got a chance to 'mark' their science fair news report. Afterwards, the students were given their final OWA report where they could write about any upcoming event they want (they can even create their own). Any students that are not finished will complete it tomorrow.

- Math: Complete "cubic metre" worksheets - make sure to show all your steps for question # 3 and stretch your thinking
- Language:
- Read Chapter 11 in Percy Jackson
- Spelling test Friday, Spelling work book Friday as well (lesson # 10)
- UOI: Work on lessons (will get class time tomorrow)
- Picture retakes- if you would like a picture retake then please write in the student's agenda- Picture retake is Friday, November 17 - student must be in full uniform
- Aftercare fresh books have gone out for October
