A Whirl of a Day

Good afternoon parents,

Today seemed to fly by, we started off the day with house games, in the PYP’s Zeta won and in the MYP’s Kapa won. It was a very exciting beginning to the day.

Next, we worked on our Learner Profiles expectations and we created our Twitter Learner Profile posters. Everyone was so engrossed in the activity that we almost missed French! Most of the groups are almost done their posters and tomorrow we will begin presentations.

After gym today, we also got a chance to take our first classroom picture, so here it is Ms.Khan's fantastic fives. 

Reminders:

• ·    Its Spirit Day tomorrow, the children can wear casual clothes as long as it is in their house colours!
• SJA Parent Guild is hosting their annual 'Back to School Kick-Off' on Saturday, September 16 from 11-3 RAIN OR SHINE! It is a great way to kick-off the 2017/2018 school year and to share your summer adventures. The cost is $30/person and includes food, drinks, music, games, bouncy castles and more! Please return the order form and money to your child's teacher no later than Monday, September 11.
